Norway Canoe Expedition
Starting from the UNESCO World Heritage town of Røros famed for its mining, Reindeer and Sami population, we will drive 35 kilometers along a dirt track in to the wilderness to start this expedition.
Your week will then be spent paddling on Norway’s 3rd biggest lake Femuten and its interconnecting river lake system, all within the massive Femundsmarka National Park. This amazing trip, may find you eating breakfast as Reindeers walk past, catching a fish at lunch time and sharing dinner time with a beaver, all this coupled with one of the most amazing canoe expedition locations in Norway.
The trip includes a perfect balance of open water canoeing, exhilarating white water, and plenty of time to embrace the 24 hour day light. A truly unique experience, not to be missed.
As with all our expeditions we keep your group size exceptionally small, to give you the best chance to see the abundant wild life and receive personalised attention from one of our highly skilled coaches.
